About Arigatofulness
Arigatofulness is a form of meditation rooted in gratitude.
It offers a precious opportunity to quiet the mind,
away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Through this practice, we hope you can enjoy a peaceful time, heal your mind and body, and relieve the fatigue of everyday stress.
Similar to mindfulness—widely recognized and embraced as a health benefit by leading companies such as Google, Apple, Yahoo, and Nike—Arigatofulness combines meditation with a unique focus on appreciation. By centering on gratitude, this practice fosters a deeper connection with oneself and the world, cultivating positivity and inner peace.
Arigatofulness is a non-religious practice, just like mindfulness, making it accessible and welcoming to people of all backgrounds.
No prior experience in meditation is required to join our gathering or workshop.
We provide various opportunities to practice Arigatofulness and experience its profound benefits.
