Global Arigato Project

“Arigato” = Thank You

Embrace the Power of “Arigato”

Transform your life—and the world—with gratitude.

What is Arigatofulness?

Arigatofulness is a simple, non-religious practice of gratitude—similar to mindfulness but with a unique focus on appreciation. It helps you slow down, clear your mind, and cultivate kindness, even during stressful times.

This practice can restore calm, ease daily fatigue, and deepen your connection with yourself and the world. No prior meditation experience is needed, and everyone is welcome to join our gatherings and workshops.
Our monthly in-person Arigatofulness gathering invites you to meet, breathe, and reflect together.

Global Arigato Project (GAP)

Gratitude (“Arigato”) has the power to transform lives and bring people together.

We believe that even a small moment of thanks can heal, connect, and inspire. By practicing Arigatofulness, we nurture kindness within ourselves and share it with the world.

Join us in spreading the spirit of gratitude—one heartfelt “Arigato” at a time.
